Hours

Due to the fluctuating cases in the region, staff members are working remotely as well as at the office. Due to this needed flexibility, our office hours will be reduced and irregular. If you are hoping to speak to our Executive Director or one of our admin staff, we suggest emailing info@thirdspacecanada.com to schedule a meeting. If you are booked for a session, check in with your counsellor to confirm it is in-person or online.

Our UBCO Student Union office is temporarily closed.

We are mindful that person to person interactions are a component of mental wellness. However, we must balance this with the recommendations of our leaders to ensure we are exercising best practices to maximize the health and protection of both our clients and our team.

Safety

1. Masks are recommended in all public indoor spaces in the Landmark District including Landmark 2 where Third Space Charity offices are located. Anyone in the charity office space must wear a mask at all times including all common areas and halls in the building and within the office. Masks are recommended for all in person client sessions.

2. Every person (staff, intern or guest) that enters is required to use hand sanitizer at the front desk upon entering.

3. Staff members clean all surfaces after use.
