Wellness Walk is more than a stroll — it’s a powerful, community-led movement to bring mental health into the open. Designed for adults of all backgrounds, this 3km guided walk along Kelowna’s recreation park and rail trail offers a relaxed space to connect, reflect, and recharge. A "Third Space” for people in-between work and home to ground themselves before heading onto the next chapter of their day.
Led by local men’s mental health advocate James Addington in partnership with Third Space Charity, each walk is a chance to pause after the workday and be part of something bigger — a supportive community where real conversations happen casually, without pressure.
Whether you come to listen, share, or simply move your body in good company, the Wellness Walk makes mental well-being more accessible, less intimidating, and genuinely uplifting.
